About Healymonster Home Inspections
Brian is Healymonster’s representative in Southern Utah to include Washington County, Cedar City and Kanab.
He has accumulated more than eight years of experience in home inspections.
Prior to relocating to Utah, he held a licensed home inspector status in two other states and successfully completed both state and national exams which required over eight hundred hours of combined schooling. It’s worth noting that Utah does not have any mandatory licensing or certification requirements for home inspectors.
Brian is an active member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors), which stands as the world’s largest organization of residential and commercial property inspectors, conducting over 10,000 property inspections daily. InterNACHI offers professional training, accredited education, and certification.
Furthermore, he holds the prestigious designation of being a Certified Master Inspector (CMI). When choosing your next inspector, it’s essential to take into account their educational background and the extent of their training.
Brian’s son Chris has joined the team as Healymonster’s representative in northern Utah to include Utah, Salt Lake, Summit and Wasatch Counties, Chris plays a pivotal role in ensuring the company’s presence in the region.
He holds the distinction of being certified as a Certified Professional Inspector by InterNACHI, a testament to his unwavering dedication to upholding the highest industry standards.
He remains committed to continuous learning and professional growth. Guided by Brian’s expertise, he has has been trained to adopt the same level of attention to detail and commitment to excellence that defines Healymonster Home Inspections.
